After nearly 5 years, I don’t have a desire to leave. The comp package is at market rates, I have good customers and Microsoft has positioned itself well for AI.

Great company perks and loved my role but leadership was terrible. My direct sales manager was an external hire and had never worked in sales and was a nightmare. Her leadership was not aware of her misrepresentation and thus took her insights as accurate and factual which negatively affected our entire team and her next team that Microsoft gave her.
