Morale has declined, and leadership seems focused solely on pipeline metrics like PBO, VTT, and U2C. The comp structure for sales is quarterly so if you’re not in role on the last day of a quarter, you lose your commissions for that period. You’re also capped at 100% payout for q1, q2, and q3.
