Current Employee Great company perks and loved my role but leadership was terrible. My direct sales manager was an external hire and had never worked in sales and was a nightmare. Her leadership was not aware of her misrepresentation and thus took her insights as accurate and factual which negatively affected our entire team and her next team that Microsoft gave her. Leadership has zero pulse on the actual roles of those that sell and there is no desire to have one as they prefer to remain on their important high horses playing dictator.
