Microsoft has some of the best leaders I have ever worked for- even in my division. Pay was OK- different from how most sales organizations would have thier commissions structure BUT their benefits are amazing so it kind of makes up for the pay.

Azure is a solid place to work, great product to learn, great pay, and pretty secure. Upside is more luck than anything else. Professional growth isnt great being at MSFt
