Current Employee It’s a great company to work for, but not necessarily to sell for ANYMORE. My initial experience was outstanding, but starting in 2024, I noticed a shift. Morale has declined, and leadership seems focused solely on pipeline metrics like PBO, VTT, and U2C. Frequent account rotations—every year—make it difficult to manage long sales cycles, which can be discouraging.
