Microsoft is a machine. It is a company with enormous technical debt and obfuscated processes. It is extraordinarily inefficient from a sales operations perspective. In Strategics, the talent pool from a leadership level is very high.

Leadership is everything, and instead of having a culture of great leaders who develop their people - with only a few bad apples, my experience has been the opposite. There's a few rare birds who are amazing. There seems to be only pressure.
