Former Employee Leadership isn’t there, it’s just managers of whatever the corporate message tells him/her. The comp structure for sales is quarterly so if you’re not in role on the last day of a quarter, you lose your commissions for that period. You’re also capped at 100% payout for q1, q2, and q3. If you crush your numbers, you have to stay(and also not get rif’d/fired) until July 1 to see the full payout if it’s over 100% attainment. This comp structure should be illegal as you can close deals and not get paid for them but, unfortunately, it’s not. Browse Other Reviews
