Amazing breadth of product and pace of innovation. Not very desirable comp plan (for sellers) and room for improvement with local management and culture.

Microsoft has some of the best leaders I have ever worked for- even in my division. Pay was OK- different from how most sales organizations would have thier commissions structure BUT their benefits are amazing so it kind of makes up for the pay.

Lateral moves make that making a jump in pay is super hard. Not the best work environment because of (senior) management. Also the way you have to do your review feels like they are just locking in information to use later on, and not to your advantage…
