Quotas are becoming more and more challenging with AI being the main focus. Leadership higher than direct manager hasn't provided much value and simply acts as a corporate talking head. The culture has shifted immensely in the last 2 years not for the better unfortunately. Overall, still not a bad place to work, but they do not promote within. The experience highly depends on your manager and the ATU manager you are aligned with

Phenomenal experience. Great lead funnels, autonomy to grow the business, product demand high. It wasn't about convincing people they needed your product, it was convincing them why yours and not the other guy's.
