There was a clear lack of sales training but with high expectations to understand the product. But you would only be getting very vanilla backed videos by the marketing org. The state of how things work internally is more office politics than actual time facing the customers. They have zero idea what actual sales is, and instead rely heavily on their brand and customers who are wall to wall MSFT shops If you're looking for prestige of the brand it works, but if you're looking to expand your skillsets outside of anything other than MSFT product knowledge I would look elsewhere Their senior leaders in various divisions leading major groups...Read More
