Leadership is leaving the company and it looks like there is no clear vision. Many customers are churning on contracting as they still use Miro for basic use cases, which can be solved with Microsoft Whiteboard (already included in their package). Many CS got fired and SEs are leaving, so sales is doing three jobs into one. The high days are definitely over

The sales org has created an environment where the entire company is committed to growing revenues. This makes team selling very much possible when you approach cross functional partners with asolid POV. This has helped me close several ENT deals.

PMF continues to be strong despite it being a crowded space. The company has the luxury of a long run way and flexibility to adapt the product, test, iterate, and deliver more value. Performance has been inconsistent and varied with market dynamics but leadership has a good track record of adjusting comp structures mid-year and do the right thing for the GTM teams.
