Current Employee Leadership is leaving the company and it looks like there is no clear vision. Many customers are churning on contracting as they still use Miro for basic use cases, which can be solved with Microsoft Whiteboard (already included in their package). Many CS got fired and SEs are leaving, so sales is doing three jobs into one. The high days are definitely over
