Miro is a great org as far as culture and people. You’ll love the environment and the office perks. People generally love the product itself but leadership is really struggling. Lots of turnover. Pay is mediocre. Nothing special. If you want lunch paid for everyday, a coffee bar, downtown views, great peers/people, Miro is the place for you.

I love Miro, truly. The product is great, and investments are being made in the right areas to improve the product value even more. Miro's CPO is doing all the right things. That said, Miro needs to pay reps more, bottom line. Retaining top talent is not possible when you're not paying close to market rate. Hopefully this changes going forward and for future reps!
