Former Employee Product is liked by users, but is a commodity and easily replaceable to leaders If you are a true Enterprise seller...run. The Level 1 leaders are mid-market or commercial leaders and are not aware how Enterprise sales operate. They are AE level talent that just didn't want to sell anymore.
VP of the Large Enterprise disparages the previous Chief Sales Officer, but please be warned, if you mention any inefficiencies in the business and risks, they will terminate you without any concrete reasons as to why. They will pin it on the CS employees complaining about you.
Customers use the product for free and when it is time to true them up, Miro allows them to delete users and not pay meaning you are selling against complete access for free use of Miro. They also sell ELA's for pennies on the dollar. If you inherit one of these clients you have no chance for an upsell since there are no products outside of licenses.
They got lucky with Covid, blew up and hired the wrong leaders to take them to the next level. No IPO ever coming. Will be bought for pennies on the dollar in a few years.
