Current Employee3.0May 16, 2025Miro has been on a steep decline through the past years. Culture is toxic, too much micro management and no clear strategy. It's just "let's ride the ai/agentic wave". Not more than that. Admittedly some really great functionality is being developed, but no focus on value.

Current Employee3.4Jul 24, 2024I love Miro, truly. The product is great, and investments are being made in the right areas to improve the product value even more. Miro's CPO is doing all the right things. That said, Miro needs to pay reps more, bottom line. Retaining top talent is not possible when you're not paying close to market rate. Hopefully this changes going forward and for future reps!
