Current Employee4.1Feb 6, 2025My experience at MongoDB has been great! They invest heavily in the product and balance the pressures and opportunity of software sales well. My only complaint is that it is very opaque how additional stock grants, pay raises, and performance evaluation is done. There is no end of year review process for the sales org.

Current Employee2.0Feb 26, 2025Really dislike this place. The level of micromanagement out of this world and they keep changing their go to market strategy. Unless you want to be a glorified SDR I would steer clear of this place.
