Current Employee4.3Feb 24, 2025Great product and market fit. Developers love the product. You can make a lot of money but especially in Sales you have high pressure from leadership. Culture is very pragmatic and straightforward, can be very intimidating for some people. It can feel sometimes like a cult. You need to be fully in it or it gets tough to really excel and climb the ladder.
