Great company, high base salary one of the top paying companies in Barcelona, Mongo is not for everyone though, the pace is fast and they keep raising the bar, but on the other hand they invest heavily in their employees, too of the notch trainings, company event with everything paid, team buildings, SKO, off sites. I enjoyed my time there and it was one of the best companies I’ve worked for, I ended up leaving because of the workload.

Great company to earn and learn. Great local leadership and currently the best salesforce in the market. You will learn how to sell cloud products in a workload centric world. MongoDB is currently the best performing SaaS company in the market.
