Great entry role in an amasing product market fit company with tons of hours of up to date enablement. On the other hand, MongoDB's sales process and culture is very strict, not leaving room for flexibility in how to drive your customer through the sales process.

A lot of changes happening over at Mongo. Recently there has been a mass exodus of leadership and reps plus a complete gutting of the acquisitions segment which now no longer exists in NAMER.
