Forecasting is complicated and still a work in progress. If your customer optimize their clusters you will churn, so you can have a great quarter from an effort perspective but still get hit by a massive churn.

Great company, high base salary one of the top paying companies in Barcelona, Mongo is not for everyone though, the pace is fast and they keep raising the bar, but on the other hand they invest heavily in their employees, too of the notch trainings, company event with everything paid, team buildings, SKO, off sites.
