My overall experience was very good, lots of opportunities to grow, learn develop and promote in the company, The company bases all employees on merit so the best people get the most opportunities, they always hire the best people no matter their background Downside is that it is tough work, with high exspectations. You often have to go above and beyond and it come be quite stressful when things are not going your way.
