MongoDB is a great company if you want to learn a play book and bring your sales skills to the next level. At MongoDB you will massively improve your "science of selling" based on MEDDIC and the MongoDB sales process. MongoDB obviously have no commission cap but great equity plans which increase over time and overachievement.
