I am thankfully on a strategic account, but this job is a lot of work. The learning is incredible and you are enabled to do good work. You will become a great seller if you take the time to learn and lean on your mentors, but can be really tough depending on your territory. All ADR / SDR roles are hard (mentally), but I imagine that this one is especially tough, but the reward is worth it (hopefully).

Highly dependent on region, rep and RD. If you are supporting good reps in a good region then you can do very well, otherwise you're going to struggle.

Terrible and chaotic company with minimal product market fit. Sales mgmt play games to inject maximum confusion and reduce commission for sales reps.
