Current Employee 50k base is low for what they expect from you. Too much internal politics (your manager wants one thing, the reps you support want another)
Luck of the draw on what accounts you get. You can get screwed by having a batch, or easily hit your number, especially if you’re on a high spend pod account.
Management has began to micromanage much more, and far too many internal meetings that don’t help us get to our number.
Good training and high expectations, working enterprise accounts, but pay is much less than similar positions.
