Former Employee Inside sales org was a failure and eliminated management early on in 2025 - Yes they do a bootcamp for training but after that your own your own - Sr Reps try and help but they're too busy managing their book and trying to hit quota - You cant own more if your on an account that doesnt have much going on - it's impossible to develop and run cycle - you get 1 to 2 accounts and are expected to reach out to a small pool of people and this place will use and abuse you - Lot's of homework type non value tasks that get in the way of doing your job - unrealistic amount of meetings expected per week as if your an SDR with Bltz's every tuesday - They are brilliant people who work here and they for sure promote BDRS but it will be a grind - burn and churn but there are very toxic managers that will torment you rather than coach - definitely a heavy tech to sell - Advice is stay away
