Pros: Great product and people. Base salary relatively high for entry-level role. Cons: SDR incentive compensation bonuses recently reduced and taken away to reduce expenses. Lack of good middle managers. Great company to join 1+ years ago in terms of incentives and promotion opportunities.

Inspiring leadership. Industry leading products in all categories. Lots of change which is to be expected with fast growth.
