Inspiring leadership. Industry leading products in all categories. Lots of change which is to be expected with fast growth. Be ready for very long sales cycles due to the nature of having to include lengthly product trials and be sure to fully understand just how much you'll have to sell both to reach/exceed your quota and to achieve your specific desired overall compensation.

The segments have continued to change especially in size and structure. The updated ENT org which started at the beginning of the year seems to be more difficult to hit quota given the territories and fleet sizes when many reps basically started from scratch.
