Motive is a great organization, selling a much needed product. There is a complex competitive landscape, and some cumbersome internal processes but otherwise a great place to work! They are a clear market leader, and there is plenty of support internally with a best in class tech stack to support AE's.

Doubt any of us will hit even half our plan. It’s a new department with a lot of uncertainty. Two reps were pushed out after six months—sold a dream that didn’t exist. Now we’re stuck doing support work too. No work-life balance. I’m starting to look elsewhere.

This place is a sales factory. You're only as good as your last at bat. Their Salesforce database is ancient - there are no territories - so it's leopard face eating on the daily. Also - for new biz AE's - they move the acct to a another rep after 90 days. They have no loyalty to you and will bounce you for missing one quarter.
