Current Employee My overall experience was... it was good until it wasn't. There are a lot of plans that get applied with no true planning. roll it out, see what happens & maybe try to fix it. Be prepared to be publicly called out for things you weren't aware of in weekly/monthly meetings that involve multiple areas of the business. also watch as upper leadership figures clash about what kpis truly make sense & don't in front of everyone. Not everyone gets the same tools/opportunities but are expected to hit similar results. There's also the ridiculous out of nowhere change of remote flexibility to in office necessity which they have kept vague and hired multiple folks as remote hires only to force them in to office or out the door less than a yr after hiring. the biggest thing to be aware of - commissions are almost always incorrect. If you don't know every deal/dollar they won't have it correct in their systems & have paid people incorrectly numerous times
