Toxic culture, expect to be micro managed with unrealistic KPIs. Top performers make good money. Too many reps, too few opps.

First couple years at Motive were great, the last couple of years were awful. Extremely toxic leadership in sales and sales development. Lack of cross functional partnership. No mentality to solve problems just brush them under the rug. Internal promotions into leadership get extremely poor compensation not in line with the market average.

I heard from a variety of avenues that the Motive Sales org was one of the best to work for on the planet in terms of culture, opportunity, delivery, etc. - all the key things people look for.
