I have been here for 5 months and absolutely love it. There is a strong need for the product and you don't have to sell the value, you have to sell why they should work with you. The leadership is bought in to our success and will break down doors to win deals.

Motive was a really good organization when they were known as KeepTruckin. But their moves in last 2 years along with name change have been questionable. Constant layoffs and then ambitious hiring targets at low offerings which results in vicious cycle of hiring less experienced resources at cheap rate who eventually get fired and the cycle continues.
