Great experience for my 3 years as a commercial AE, though there were many rounds of layoffs. Upon moving up to Mid-Market a new director was put in place that was the worst person I’ve ever worked with or for, putting massive pressure on all AEs and having no knowledge of how to sell the product himself. I was let go due to performance while being over annual quota and near the top of the segment.

Pros: Great product and people. Base salary relatively high for entry-level role. Cons: SDR incentive compensation bonuses recently reduced and taken away to reduce expenses. Lack of good middle managers. Great company to join 1+ years ago in terms of incentives and promotion opportunities.

It was BAD! I felt like I was working at a call center. Everyone used to think of shortcuts and getting into the good books of the higher ups. No one wanted to learn, grow, and get good sales
