Compensation has been overall excellent, but there are issues in the evolution of the organization. Simply - some employees should not be in technology.

Salesforce as an organization is very strong but I would be cautious on joining the MuleSoft division--being co-prime is already difficult but added with the very technical sales cycles, cheaper options, less internal enthusiasm, etc. this role can be quite challenging. I'd say attainment for the fiscal will be relatively low.

It was tough to get started due to lack of structure but this has changed. Focus has moved towards activity levels. Office is now 4 days a week. Good accounts to work on with the SFDC name.
