BDR organization is a mess. MuleSoft gets pushed out of half the meetings you set by core Salesforce, and missing quota 1 month (on monthly quota) has your job security at risk. It wasn’t always this way, but it’s getting worse month over month.

Could find better and could find worse. In the SMB space, you don't have a great product/market fit. Being able to work with Core reps (Salesforce AEs) is a huge determining factor in if you will be successful or not. Some good managers/leaders, and some bad ones.
