I was a customer success architect, handling key accounts post sales. I found the role very ill defined, with success criteria very vague, and it was very difficult to prove any impact.

It feels like MuleSoft’s best days are behind it. Weird to say given it’s Salesforce’s highest-performing cloud. The commercial/mid-market feels tapped, but plenty of opportunity within SMB with new pricing. Previously good training - now it’s less MuleSoft focused, as the company has mostly lost its independent MuleSoft culture.

MuleSoft was an amazing business that was hyper successful. Unfortunately the people that built the business into a success are no longer there and it’s lost DNA.
