Current Employee Incredible place to learn, great culture overall. Decent floor, high ceiling for earnings. Mule DNA is dissolving - much more investment in other products and unrealistic pressure to run a high transaction business with an enterprise product, which doesn’t fit perfectly in SMB. Still very relevant category with the AI boom. Being a prime AE is tough but manageable. The lack of inbounds can be filled with good account team partnerships. Territory size has shrunk but it’s still a lot to churn through in a year.
