The direction of the company is looking promising, with the recent acquisition of Cognigy. Inbound lead flow is very low and AEs are expected to source and schedule 90% of their own calls, which is very hard considering AEs do not have any sales tools(NO Outreach.io, NO Zoominfo)

Great product, poor culture. Not a lot of consideration into creating an environment where talented people who work hard can thrive. More of a feast or famine mentality particularly in certain segments.

The top down culture here is awful. Leaders lack humility and don't seem to care about the people that work for them. They brag about how much money people make, by showing data from years ago, and 70% of the team was under 70% of quota for 2022. Customers are consistently unhappy with service levels and/or product performance. So many unhappy people working there...Read More
