Absolutely awful. Like, ridiculously bad. This company has taken many years off my life. Unrealistic quotas, terrible internal processes, management that is out of touch with reality and unsupportive, and a compensation and booking policy that belies belief. You can “attain quota” but still only make a fraction of your targeted incentives because there are so many DECELERATORS in the comp plan.

Great products and very large portfolio that we can sell to customers and prospects. One big pain point is that since NICE is a very large company it’s hard to get things done without multiple connections in various departments. The top down culture here is awful. Leaders lack humility and don't seem to care about the people that work for them. They brag about how much money people make, by showing data from years ago, and 70% of the team was under 70% of quota for 2022.
