Current Employee Comp plan focuses on new logos and caps the time you can earn top dollar on new products. Expansion of existing clients is paid at 70% yet Enterprise/Strategic roles are focused on expanded relationships. There is a sharp divide between the haves and have nots and only the top 1% of performers are rewarded.
CPQ is a dumpster fire with limited help only provided via tickets supported from the Philippines. So you only get responses until 11am.
