NICE is a market leader in CCAAS, but is struggling to keep up with the AI race in CX, especially when it comes to it's AI bots. Smaller, more agile companies are making it difficult to compete. New leadership should bring in fresh perspective, but low compensation and comp plan, low lead flow, and not enough resources to assist AE's makes from a technical perspective make it very difficult to sell at NICE.

Worked with some really smart people and team was amazing. Platform cobbled together through acquisitions and CSAT scores were challenging to say the least

My overall experience was that the environment was micro-managed and the departments all fought amongst each other. NICE is a large organization and all of the companies that fall under NICE dont any standardization so experiences will vary drastically from one team to another.
