Current Employee NICE is a market leader in CCAAS, but is struggling to keep up with the AI race in CX, especially when it comes to it's AI bots. Smaller, more agile companies are making it difficult to compete. New leadership should bring in fresh perspective, but low compensation and comp plan, low lead flow, and not enough resources to assist AE's makes from a technical perspective make it very difficult to sell at NICE.
