There is absolutely zero urgency on pipeline being at historic lows, while quotas are at historic highs. Add to that DECCELERATORS on your commissions until you hit 50% of quota for the year. There's not enough pipeline to make that happen. Also, good luck being promoted within the company as they cap you at a 15% pay increase which means you will make significantly less than your peers.

My overall experience was that the environment was micro-managed and the departments all fought amongst each other. NICE is a large organization and all of the companies that fall under NICE dont any standardization so experiences will vary drastically from one team to another.
