My overall experience was that the environment was micro-managed and the departments all fought amongst each other. NICE is a large organization and all of the companies that fall under NICE dont any standardization so experiences will vary drastically from one team to another. I was a sme and some ic's I worked with really enjoyed their experience and it was a 180 of the environment I worked in.

Absolutely awful. Like, ridiculously bad. This company has taken many years off my life. Unrealistic quotas, terrible internal processes, management that is out of touch with reality and unsupportive, and a compensation and booking policy that belies belief. The top down culture here is awful. Leaders lack humility and don't seem to care about the people that work for them. They brag about how much money people make, by showing data from years ago, and 70% of the team was under 70% of quota for 2022. Customers are consistently unhappy with service levels and/or product performance. So many unhappy people working there...Read More
