Our division has drastically grown over the past 5 years and is at a transition point that will continue to propel us forward over the coming years. We sell an important solution to people who need what we have. 5 years from now I expect that our people will experience enhanced career opportunities as well as training a development. Used to be the best place to work but in the last 3 hrs the compensation plan has changed so drastically that it makes it hard to make OTE especially with all the decelerators
