Current Employee There are challenges at every phase of the sales process. Inbound leads are non-existent and the SDR organization is dreadful. No sales tools available to AEs. High SE turnover so the quality of sales support in a cycle is poor. Trying to close a deal is even harder due to operational disfunction and struggles. Post sale implemenation and support resources are also very poor. Reps are only paid on 50% of the ARR on close and the rest is held back until go-live which takes about 12 months.
