The SMB sales org at NICE CXone is an absolute joke. We had two reps out of 45 who hit quota and no one hit President’s club. You are penalized for the first half of your quota and get an actual decelerator. The fact that only a handful of AE’s even passed half of quota is a joke. Nobody is making anywhere near the OTE
