Current Netradyne EmployeeJan 6, 2025More QuestionsI see all the reviews of AEs not hitting quota and referring to just 1 or 2 reps hitting quota in 2024. If the product market fit is there, what makes it impossible to hit quota? is it the ARR that just keeps increasing or lead gen? Just trying to make sense of how 1 or 2 reps hit quota. It sounds like there is toxic leadership at Netradyne.... Is this on all teams? or are some better/ worse? Which teams are preferred and which ones should prospective employees avoid?
