Unrealistic goals. Nobody will meet their quotas for 2025. Company is growing at 50% YoY but only 2 AE's out of 30 made their target in 2024. Shortsighted leadership to have these unachievable quotas.

The Idia sales team is at a very infant stage and the quotas could changes every month and they are usually impractical to say the last.
