Great product. Netradyne has a lot to figure out in regard to their Mid Market team. #s are not reasonable for what they want their teams to hit. Would not recommend to those looking to start their sales career and grow.

They changed what was considered a valid SQL. The change that they made allows the AE to decide if there is a "Need". This enables account executives to only accept leads that are layups. The target set is very illogical. The management and leadership look at sales opportunities metrics without having worked that function that's why the process and target setting is beyond any sales rep or AEs reach. And that's why most of the sales folks feel very burnt out, lost and depressed cuz of this whole sales process set up.
