Would not recommend. Way too many AEs and not enough business. Your success is based on how well you compete internally with other reps to find the best leads, luck, and your direct manager rather than actual skills and selling ability. Quota attainment is extremely low. Those who do well in the role are those who have been with the company for a while and started early on in their career. Even many of them struggle. That being said, I would strongly discourage anyone from the outside of joining as it is especially harder for outside hires regardless of your skill level, talent, and tenure from previous companies.

Very pleasant for the most part, equally there is certainly room for improvement. I would recommend people to work for NetSuite, if they are looking to start their sales career somewhere and they don’t know where to start.
