Current Employee2.4Mar 9, 2025STAY AWAY. Have been here since 2019 and everything is terrible now. Extreme micromanagement. Management obsessing and stressing over unrealistic numbers and metrics. They require 3 days a week but will often have you come in on random Fridays and Mondays as a form of punishment. Based out of Austin and the office is nice. You most likely will never hit your quota....Read More

If you’re an external hire, your payout rate will be between 5-7% for both ARR / renewals. Upsell deals (new ARR) is extremely tough to come by outside of an organizations renewal contract.
