Good place to start as an SDR - large hiring class with decent training program and tons of opportunity to network. Solid product that’s been around forever that most prospects have already heard of. Inconsistent promotion structure - no clear metrics to hit to get promoted to ae just kind of whenever they feel like promoting you. Constant changes to the sales org and commission structure. Lots of rules added and changed around ROE every quarter Average or slightly below for compensation

they cycle through BDR's so rapidly. Every 3-4 months half of the team is brand new. Morale is horrible

My overall experience since starting 4 months ago is your success early depends a lot on your account list. My manager was supposed to hold 225 accounts (all reps are able to claim 225) but when I started, I literally had 0 accounts.
